Charles Gittens currently serves as the President and Chief Commercial Officer of SEACOR Island Lines. Charles brings with him more than 15 years’ experience servicing customers with freight and logistics solutions connecting the U.S, Bahamas, Caribbean, and Latin America. Prior to joining SEACOR Island Lines, Charles served as Head of Eastern Caribbean, LCL Sales and Operations at King Ocean Services. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Garnett Group and spent 9 years at Tropical Shipping in various roles, including his most recent position as Director of National Sales, Corporate Marketing and Training. Charles received his BA in Business Finance and Marketing from the University of North Florida and an MA in International Business from Bournemouth University.

Diana Cabrera serves as Director of Compliance and Process Improvement for SEACOR Island Lines. Prior to joining the company, she worked at both Seaboard Marine, Seafreight Lines, and King Ocean. Diana brings more than 18 years’ of experience to her role having led numerous teams in the compliance area building an ethical and effective culture. She is the driving force behind SEACOR Island Lines’ digital transformation efforts, accelerating the pace of innovation and technology deployment across company platforms.

Kristina DeFilippo is the Safety & Security Manager for SEACOR Island Lines. Prior to this role, she spent 2 years serving as the company’s Safety Coordinator. She manages all aspects of health, safety, security, quality, and environmental responsibilities for the shoreside and island facilities. Before joining SEACOR Island Lines, Kristina worked as a safety consultant in the general industry and construction sectors throughout the Northeast. In this position, she provided safety training, conducted audits, and developed safety plans for various companies and municipalities. Kristina holds a BS in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Connecticut.

Pauleria Reynolds is the Director of Human Resources at SEACOR Island Lines. She has served in this role since joining the company in 2003. She has over 20 years’ experience working in human resource leadership roles in warehousing, retail, and education. Pauleria is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Lucy Vecino is Vice President of Trade and Marketing for SEACOR Island Lines where she is responsible for Sales and Agents. She joined the company in 2003 and has since served in many positions, the most recent of which was Vice President of Sales and Marketing where she oversaw accounting, claims, and sales departments. Prior to this role, Lucy spent 2 years as the Vice President of Operations responsible for the warehouse and terminal facilities and 7 years as the Director of Traffic with oversight of the export and inbound departments. Lucy joined the shipping industry in 1984 and brings decades of experience to SEACOR Island Lines.
